How I spend my vacation as a homeschool mama…
I have three kids with very different needs and ways of learning.
That said, I love exploring learning with them!
I read and research and confer with other mamas about what they have discovered and what works for them.
And then I have to make decisions about what will work for us.
It takes weeks to plot out an entire year of lessons and life experiences.
The craziest part of it all is that I absolutely LOVE it.
I am a life-long learner. I love learning and I love doing it along side my kids.
This very notion is what changed how we homeschool – that we get to do it together.
So yes, this is how I spend my vacation.
Ensuring childhood is sacred, learning does not entail suffering, and a heavy dose of love and smiles that only mama can give.
